1. Provider and acceptance
SYCLOPS is provided by ZIKO Servicios Digitales. Commercial, technical and terms-related inquiries can be sent to serviciosdigitales@zikocrg.com or +54 9 2964 61-8000.
Installing, activating or using the product means that the subscribing person or entity accepts these terms. Whoever configures the server confirms that they are authorized by the merchant.
2. Product scope
SYCLOPS is desktop software for recording and organizing economic operations, products, configured costs and taxes, stock, checkout terminals, operators, backups and internal traceability.
SYCLOPS is not a financial institution, does not hold funds, does not initiate transfers and does not process payments. Electronic payments are handled by external terminals or providers. The software only receives or checks their status and records the corresponding operation.
3. Local architecture
The product is designed around one central computer inside the merchant's premises and terminals connected through its local network. Each terminal has its own identifier. The merchant manages the network, devices and physical access.
Operational data is encrypted on the local server selected by the merchant. Except for explicit activation, support or update actions, commercial data is not automatically sent to ZIKO Servicios Digitales.
4. Accounts, roles and permissions
Initial setup must be completed by an authorized person. That person creates the access key, registers operators and assigns permissions. Credentials are personal and must not be shared.
The merchant must keep users current, revoke access when staff responsibilities change and protect the master key and recovery copies.
5. Fourteen-day trial and license
The trial provides access to the complete product for fourteen days. One trial is available per computer and is linked to a pseudonymous device identifier. When it ends, the software may restrict new operations without blocking access to existing records or available backup and export features.
A paid license is activated with a key assigned to the computer. The number of authorized devices is stated in the purchase. Reinstallation on the same device does not create another license.
6. Plans, prices and purchase
Monthly, six-month and annual billing periods are available. Product features do not change with the period. The base price is published in US dollars; other currencies are references and may change before purchase confirmation.
Purchases are completed through the selected payment provider or instructions issued by ZIKO Servicios Digitales. This website does not receive or store card numbers. Renewal, cancellation and specific terms are shown before each purchase is confirmed.
7. Operations, verification and receipts
The merchant must correctly configure destination accounts, taxes, costs, products, terminals and printers. Electronic payment confirmation depends on the status reported by the external provider. An incomplete or uncertain response must remain pending for review.
A SYCLOPS internal ticket documents the merchant's operation. It does not replace a tax invoice, fiscal receipt or document from an approved fiscal controller unless a certified fiscal integration is explicitly enabled for that installation.
8. Data, security and backups
Information entered by the merchant belongs to the merchant. SYCLOPS encrypts local records and keeps an audit trail of sensitive actions. No measure completely removes risks from compromised devices, lost keys or unauthorized physical access.
The merchant must create regular backups, keep at least one separate copy and verify restoration. ZIKO Servicios Digitales does not know the local master key and cannot recover information if every copy and key is lost.
9. Responsible use
The product must be used with legitimate data and by authorized personnel. License circumvention, audit alteration, access to third-party installations, interference with activation or use to conceal or falsify operations is prohibited.
The merchant remains responsible for configuration accuracy, tax and accounting decisions, document validity and obligations applicable to its activity.
10. Intellectual property and updates
SYCLOPS, its code, identity, documentation and installers are owned by their respective holders and licensed for the purchased use. The license does not transfer ownership or authorize redistribution, reverse engineering or resale.
Updates may correct defects, improve security or add features. The merchant should keep a verified backup before installing a new version.
11. Continuity, suspension and cancellation
Activation may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or incidents. Previously recorded local operations should remain available according to the installed version's capabilities.
A license may be suspended for fraud, unauthorized use, material breach or non-payment. Cancelling renewal does not erase local records. The merchant should export and back up its data before removing the software.
12. Requests and contact
Purchase, cancellation, support and privacy requests can be sent to serviciosdigitales@zikocrg.com. Include enough information to identify the purchase, but never send passwords, master keys, banking credentials or complete card data.
