How are region and currency selected?
At first launch, you choose South America, North America, or Europe. The reference currency can later be changed from Settings.
What does SYCLOPS record for each sale?
Amount, payment method, products, units, terminal, operator and verification status. Configured costs and taxes explain the result.
Does SYCLOPS process payments?
No. The external terminal or provider processes the payment. SYCLOPS reads the result and records the confirmed operation without moving funds or storing card data.
Where is business data stored?
On the merchant's local server, encrypted with the key configured during setup. Connected terminals operate within the local network.
What happens with cash?
Checkout records cash, change, products, operation identifier and responsible operator.
How does the trial work?
You can evaluate the complete product for 14 days before choosing a billing period. Activation is linked to the computer.
Can I export my information?
Yes. The merchant owns its information and can back it up or export it from the system.
Does SYCLOPS replace my accountant?
No. It organizes economic operations and produces internal records. Tax documents and decisions remain with the merchant and its professionals.
